For an upcoming project I had to start working with a 3D animation tool called iClone 4.  Now, before tonight, I really had no clue how to make a 3D movie.  I probably still don't.  But I can make some pretty cool stuff in iClone!  I just wanted to share what I was able to put together in just one evening of using this software.

That's pretty cool.  Plus the fact you received a full copy to do your review.

You still have the red eye of death too.  A formidable rastafari-pirate to be sure.  I am interested in hearing more of this tale.

Well, this was done just with the 15 day trial version, hence the "iClone 4 EX" watermark and crappy resolution.  I also had no plans on continuing the "story".  I was just farting around with the software to see what it could do, and needed some way to tie all the experiments together.

Luckily the only difference between the free trial and the full version is in what it can output.  (Well, after 15 days the "pro" features expire and only the "standard" features are available in the trial).

All of the story I had was:
- Something happened to kill off most of the population.
- Society started panicking, thinking it was the end of the world
- Somehow a few survived (<10 percent) either through immunity or meds
- Those that survived got super powers
- People went mad with the power and destroyed what little civilization was left.

Interestingly, Slashdot posted an article just today about a recent study that shows most people with super powers would be villains.
