I thought it'd be a good idea to record our ribfest experiences somewhere, so that we don't have to scratch our heads each year wondering "Now which ones haven't I tried?"

Comment: Sauce is too sweet for my taste.  Ribs had texture like Swiss Chalet.

Comment: Bland sauce.  Nice tender meat.

Comment: Nice smoky flavour sauce.  Good amount of char.  Tender meat.
