Am I the only one who thinks this Isreali and Hezbullah conflict is a great smoke screen?  What news story of the last few weeks has dominated the headlines?  Lebanon.  What news story has been relegated to almost nothing?  Iraq.  Perhaps I am just overly cynical, but who benefits from this conflict, and, most coincidentally, who hasn't pushed Isreal to back off?  The U.S.  George Bush's ratings on everything else BUT war on terrorism are abismal, especially Iraq.  This Isreali-Hezbullah conflict has taken a lot of heat of the Iraq debacle!  Perfect timing if you ask me.
