I think that at the very least, we can say that the 'no course cutting' rule eliminates the Delorean's advantage.  I can't think of a more blatant short cut than to cut across time...

The sentra/topaz were in the reality show "Albert, the man of ages..."  

I think a straight forward race, like out of cannon ball run, would make the batmobile champion... as it has the most hardware to take out opponents.
