Well it is official.  The end of an Era.  Fidel Castro has stepped down as leader of Cuba. (http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2008/02/19/castro-cuba.html)  Raul, Fidel's brother, will take the helm of the Cuban Government.  Raul has said he wants to loosen the governement's control on economic and social issues.  Only time will tell the true spirit of his desire for change.
