It's just a tiny little food stop on Highland Road in Kitchener, and has a very limited menu.  From what I could see, you can order a shawarma, pizza, or a gyro.  We had a coupon for $3.99 Shawarma's, so we both got those.  Normally they cost $4.35 at this place.
The vendor gave us options of toppings, we just said put everything on there.  Then he asked us if we wanted hot, or very hot.  My coworker ordered hot, I asked for very hot.
We were both pleased with the spiciness of the shawarma, and the flavour was delicious.  Inside the shawarma was pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion, some kind of white sauce that mixed well with the spicy sauce, and halal chicken.  Halal chicken is essentially organic chicken with extra restrictions such as humane treatment and invoking Allah's name during the killing.
We would both definitely go again.  In fact, if I'm just grabbing a quick lunch to bring back to the office  (there are no tables at Kishki Halal) this place will be in the regular rotation.
