Changes were made to Daylight Savings time by the US government in order to save energy.  We figured, based on previous findings (http://repositories.cdlib.org/ucei/csem/CSEMWP-163/), that it would amount to zero savings.  In fact, according to a recently published paper (http://online.wsj.com/public/a.....mod=tff_main_tff_top) the changes actually cost more money and energy!  Indiana alone wastes an additional $8.6 Million.
