A new study shows that the long term effects of Workplace Aggression on mental health is actually worse than sexual harassment.  (http://ca.lifestyle.yahoo.com/.....ment_researchers_say)  Although it's up to future research to determine exactly why, it is believed it may be due to the available outlets for sexual harassment (reporting, suing, even just coping), where as victims of workplace bullying are expected to just suck it up.
