GINA asks the question, "Does a car need to have a metal body?"  When the frame handles everything, such as shape and impact protection, maybe a different material would make sense.  This car has a cloth body and moves like it's alive.  Heck, from some angles it even looks like a shark!  This is a design that's bound to grab attention.
