So when you're filling up at the pump next, just remember, Exxon has had yet another record breaking profit.  http://money.cnn.com/2008/10/30/news/companies/exxon_earnings/index.htm  Not just breaking their own records, but they are the biggest money making company in the U.S. EVER!  They profited almost $15 Billion dollars this quarter alone!  Earlier this year, when they made a paltry $11 Billion dollars in Q2 (http://money.cnn.com/quote/financials/financials.html?symb=XOM) this article (http://money.cnn.com/2008/07/31/news/companies/exxon_profits/?postversion=2008073110) estimated that amounted to $1485.55 profit per second.  Profit!  And they've beaten that!
