Is it any surprise that evil reigns supreme in Chad?  (Inside joke.  If you don't find it funny, you aren't in on it).  A Forbes article (http://ca.finance.yahoo.com/personal-finance/article/forbes/1034/the-most-corrupt-countries reprinted by Yahoo) highlights the most corrupt countries in the world.  By the way, Canada is in the list!
