MTO has finalized its regulations for LSV (Low Speed Vehicles) in Ontario, and ZENN Motors says they're just too strict.  Don't expect to see any small electric cars in Ontario any time soon.  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/story/2009/04/15/electric-car.html
