The Department of Homeland Security has installed video cameras in the Men's Urinals at the Houston Airport.  http://swamplot.com/video-surveillance-on-the-fly-heres-looking-at-you/2009-05-21/  Is this how they've determined to best identify terrorists?
I pity the guy who has to watch these monitors all day!
