In further attempts to tighten national security, the Department of Homeland Security is starting to fingerprint people (even US Citizens) as they exit the states.  In this first trial, the border guards in Detroit and customs officers in Atlanta airport will be demanding fingerprints of every traveler on their way out of the country.
