If you've been following the history of VW and Porsche, you'd have expected the opposite.  Porsche, a highly profitable company, had been eagerly buying up shares of VW, even achieving 51% majority share.  However, the economy caught up with them and left them buried in debt.  Now the predator has become the prey!
