It is no secret that Harper's government keeps tight controls on the messages exposed to media.  But does it go too far when it muzzles scientific research that has even the potential to reveal information contrary to the Conservative agenda?
A federal union of scientists think so, and have unveiled a new web site: http://www.publicscience.ca http://www.publicscience.ca/
It's our taxes that fund this research.  Are we not entitled to see the results, regardless of how it effects the political arena?

Ottawa is still muzzling scientists.    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-16861468  Sad that we have to look to another country's news to find out what's happening in our own country.
