Late last year, Google put into action a plan to snare Microsoft Bing in a trap. They suspected Bing had been copying Google by collecting search results done through IE. http://searchengineland.com/google-bing-is-cheating-copying-our-search-results-62914By faking extremely unlikely searches and results, they caught Bing harvesting and copying those results! No algorithmic design should have yielded the same pages. While this could mean Microsoft trusts Google more than their own software, doesn't this count as "selling" someone else's product as your own?
