If you were stupid enough to hack your PS3 and connect it to PSN, you could likely be looking at a message like this next time you log in: "You cannot use Playstation(R) Network with this account". Sony has begun permanently banning accounts that have been identified to be using a hacked PS3. Since you can copy (unprotected) game saves to another account, and new accounts are pretty easy to make, this doesn't amount to much pain. However, in addition to the Game Save Cloud feature which locks your saves to your account, I expect Sony to step up the validation required for new accounts.
