There were multiple threads to the Battle of Hillsbrad Quest... the latest one I was working on (and probably last one) resulted in me having to bring "Darthalia's sealed commendation" letter (item in my inventory) to Bragor Bloodfist in Undercity (he's in the main "governing" area in Undercity).  I see his quest on my map in Undercity, I still have the damned letter, but I cannot turn it in to Bragor.  The reward is one of a variety of items, I would take the Runic Darkblade but it also provides 2150xp and a Band of the Undercity (I don't even care about the items, I'll be selling them off as this quest was completed many levels ago), but I DO want the xp... and I would like to finally "finish" the quest.
