Reload the page if you see two navigation bars up top.  I've gotten rid of the frames, since they were interfering with opening links in forum messages.

I'm also considering revamping the appearance to just a single look and feel.  The javascript that switches between skins doesn't work so well (or at all) in some browsers.  I might settle on one of the existing skins, or use something new and unique.

As always, my goal is to keep the site loading fast, so poor souls on dialup don't have to wait an hour for images or fancy flash to load.

I've added new Skins to the look and feel.  Since this technique doesn't require javascript (each skin is its own URL) browsers won't complain.
