It does set a bad precedent though. As for the first issue posted above - selling new and used together - I don't understand how this is legal. This is deliberate lying.. the one response at the bottom of the article indicated that at least the game will still have a sticker reading new or used, but it sounds like it will be so small and out of the way you won't even notice it even if you ARE looking for it. Well I was never overly inclined to buy from EB Games, but with their apparent intentionally-screw-customers-over-behind-their-backs policies in place, I doubt I will even stop in their stores to browse, much less buy ever again! |
