Ontario Voter information was recently revealed to have been leaked by unencrypted USB keys, back in Oct 2011.  According to the notification (http://www.elections.on.ca/en-CA/AboutUs/Privacy_Breach.htm):

The information at issue is limited to full name, gender, birth date, address, whether or not an elector voted in the last provincial election and any other personal information updates provided by voters to Elections Ontario during that time, as well as administrative codes used solely for election purposes.

However voters in the effected districts are recommended to monitor their financial statements.  Yes, Kitchener Center and Kitchener-Conestoga are on the list.
