Alberta has launched a new ad campaign to dissuade motorists from texting while they drive. Apparently, it's common practice to keep your device on your lap so you can look down to read it while you drive (and thus effectively taking your eyes off the road for extended periods). The ads include the usual billboards and videos, but the tagline is "Crotches Kill". That's not the craziest part though.
