The BBC has put a ban on panel shows where all the panelists happen to be male.  http://jezebel.com/bbc-bans-all-male-panel-shows-but-will-that-help-femal-1520212829

Shows like QI, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Would I Lie To You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks...  are all great comedy panel shows which sometimes don't feature any female panelists.  I've never thought of these as anti-women shows.  In fact, QI even addressed this unbalance directly: http://youtu.be/i5_IcqrM96M  Specifically, recent studies show that although women laugh more than men, they laugh less at other women.  Furthermore the topic for female stand-up comedians tended to be about being women, whereas the topic for male comedians tended to be about anything but being a guy.  You can read the entire transcript for this episode here: https://sites.google.com/site/qitranscripts/transcripts/7x07

Just a bit more about QI...  In all 10 seasons, they've only ever had 3 episodes with no female guest panelists.  Conversely they've done 1 episode with no male guest panelists, and remarkably it was just a regular episode.  It didn't focus on women's issues or female friendly topics.  Just a normal (for QI) panel.

I think QI has done right by the ladies and has just focused on having interesting people as guests, which often happens to include women, rather than focusing on filling a token position on the panel.
