We've all heard the studies that show how sitting at a desk all day is bad for your health.  Standing desks and Treadmill desks come with their own problems, so might not be for you.

A new study shows that just getting up and walking 2 minutes of each hour you're sitting, dramatically reduces the negative effects.  2 minutes!

Productivity experts say you need to take a short break every 20-25 minutes to keep your focus strong, and this is a good opportunity to stretch your legs.  Your health and brain can both benefit!

So if you're muddling through a tough problem, go for a walk!  Your mind and body will be better off.
