If you have Hola unblocker installed in your browser, UNINSTALL IT!  Not only does it essentially turn your machine into part of a bigger botnet, but there are several vulnerabilities that allow malicious users to run privileged code on your computer (which would allow them to install backdoors and such).

Hola was touted as a way to get around region lock-outs (like letting you watch Comedy Central videos in Canada).  Unfortunately, it also opens you up to malware.
