A study of 1000 driving game players vs 1000 non-gaming motorists found that those who play driving games more easily pass their driving tests.  Unfortunately, they are considerably worse at pretty much everything else.

I've attached the statistics in this thread.  Some highlights: Gamers are 17% more likely to run a red light, 15% more likely to make an insurance claim, and 23% more likely to suffer road rage.

Had to look up what a "prang" was.  It's British for collision.  Or bomb from the air.. which would be an impressive feat from a car.
