It looks like Queen Anne's Lace, and is a member of the same family (wild carrot), but has toxic sap that burns the skin and grows HUGE!  It's called Giant Hogweed, and it's invading Southern Ontario.  http://io9.com/this-creepy-invasive-plant-is-wreaking-havoc-in-north-a-1606615758
