New York Fries has a new Burger chain called South Street Burger which serves 4 and 6 oz burgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs.  Oh, and of course New York Fries.

Chicky and I had lunch today at the one at the Boardwalk, and it was quite tasty.  I had the "True North" burger with cheddar, bacon, and maple syrup infused onions.  Chicky had the Hawaiian with grilled pineapple, bacon, wasabi mayo, and hot pepper relish.  Both of us enjoyed the flavour combinations and will likely go back and try other variations.  You don't have to stick with the prescribed combinations.  You can mix and match as you please.  The toppings are nice and go beyond the standard fare.  I wonder if I can recreate the crazy burger from Big Smoke in Toronto?  :)

The Good: Interesting variety of quality toppings.  Juicy patty, properly cooked.  New York Fries.  Whole wheat bun option.
The Bad: It's not cheap.  About the same price as The Works.
The Ugly: The expectation that you'll hear a tiny quiet woman call out your order number from across the restaurant.
