Castle jumped the shark when Rick Castle disappeared on his wedding day.  From that point onwards, the show has struggled.  This season, with the "We can't be seen together" plot line, is just painful.

It was a great show, but now it's gotten to the point where I wish they'd end it so these talented actors can go work on other projects.
