RexReader:

RexReader 1.1 is a freeware REX 6000 addin that can show (rich) formatted memo texts.

Usage:

REX 6000 hardware buttons:

From top to bottom (see screenshot).

Addin bitmap buttons:

From left to right (see screenshot).

Formatting Options:

Formatting text is done by entering formatting characters into the memo text. The formatting characters are started with a '_' character (this character is easily synced with outlook, outlook is sometimes escaping \ which i used first) and following is a formatting option character. The characters used are case sensitive and more than one formatting style can be combined by using formatting commands after each other. Here is an example memo with title RexReader Index that gives the following result (screenshot) on the REX 6000.

The following table shows all interpreted formatting characters:
_0 Switch back to normal text.
_+ Text over normal text.
_- Text under normal text.
_n or newline (\r) in memo New line in text.
_b Bold text.
_i Inverted text.
_u Underlined text.
_s Small text.
_l(note title) Links to other memos, with memo title is starting with specified memo title (case sensitive). Not interpreted in this version, but will be browseable by opening other named memos in one of the next releases.
