Title: Prostate Cancer Death Rates Overtake Breast Cancer Rates

A  BBC article (http://www.bbc.com/news/health-42890405) revealed that prostate cancer deaths are on the rise and now exceeds breast cancer deaths. Globally, prostate cancer is now the second leading cause of death (by cancer) after lung. But it is # 1 in Canada (https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/publications/diseases-conditions/prostate-cancer.html). Symptoms (http://www.prostatecancer.ca/Prostate-Cancer/About-Prostate-Cancer/Signs-and-Symptoms) are not usually noticeable in the early stages and can be similar to UTI infection. It is recommended that men in their 40s get a baseline PSA blood test (http://prostatecancer.ca/In-The-News/Foundation-News-Releases/Prostate-Cancer-Canada-Releases-New-Recommendation). Elevated PSA levels can indicate the presence of cancer but also a host of other issues. It just lets the doctor know more testing is required.
