Title: Hot Sauces
Post by: diddly on November 30, 2020, 03:06:11 PM
Rather than a thread for each sauce, I thought we might share our reviews of any hot sauce here.  I'll start it off with some of my favourites from Chilly Chiles (https://chillychiles.com/), a Canadian store that delivers.

Historic Lynchburg Sweet Fire Spicy Chipotle Hot Sauce (https://chillychiles.com/products/historic-lynchburg-sweet-fire-spicy-chipotle-hot-sauce) - Poured some of this into a bowl of chili and wow was that good!  Gave my Wendy's chili a thicker and spicier flavour

Historic Lynchburg Jamaican Jerk spice (https://chillychiles.com/products/historic-lynchburg-jamaican-jerk-spice-seasoning) captures that great jerk flavour.  Not very hot, but as a spice it's great to add before grilling chicken

Butterfly Bakery Maple Wood Smoked Onion Hot Sauce (https://chillychiles.com/products/butterfly-bakery-smoked-onion-hot-sauce) - Great flavour and smell, with a little kick.  I made fajitas trying to mimic the taste of my favourite Mongolian Grill dish.  I substituted this hot sauce for Mongolian Fire and was not disappointed.  Would probably be good in a chili, burger, or spicy chicken wrap.

I got with God Slayer hot sauce or Suspect device. Had to order both from the UK but they will definitely light a fire in your mouth that won't cool down quickly.
