Jerk Chicken requires a good jerk sauce, with kick.
Iris Backayard makes an authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce that delivers. I planned on adding hot sauce once I knew how much heat was already there, and ended up adding none. Also ended up eating a bowl of ice cream afterwards to cool my burning tongue... only to have the burn return minutes later. Note, it's a flavourful heat, and not just hot for the sake of hot.
I give this sauce an A+
