Often I find a need to format a USB stick with the FAT32 filesystem. For example, the A500 Mini (half size Amiga 500) requires it. Windows can format a USB with FAT32 natively, but only if it's a small size. For anything usable you need to turn to alternatives. The folks at Retro32 have
a solution, and fear the utility may someday disappear.
