Sadly, no. Just been playing God of War II (playstation 2 game) on the PS3. That game is wicked fun. Hard to believe it's a PS2 game actually. I finished it last weekend when Shabadu was visiting. It's the first PS2 game (besides Wrestling games) that I remember ever playing till the finish.
Heh heh.. yah titan mode allowed me to get to the 3rd or 4th battle (even with the game beginning in god-mode) before dying.... on the easy setting I couldn't die if I tried... like Robin said when he sat in the driver's seat for the first time "holy hardness batman!"
Since I finished the game, this unlocked new costumes for Kratos... Hawkeye was able to play "Cod of War" in which Kratos wears a big fish costume and attacks with fish hooks instead of swords.
I read that article and man that think must weigh a ton! The three verticle lines though would really tick me off though. I'd just as soon wait for the flat panel version... so that at that time I can wait until it becomes cheaper, so that at that time I'll need a bigger monitor because of my elderly eyes losing their power.
Yeah, the vertical bars would bother me too. I had read another review which hadn't mentioned them, and watched a youtube-ish video which didn't show them... so I was more excited about it when I started writing the post, than when I found the article that I linked.
Doesn't matter. By the time we can afford such a setup, we'll be buying pocket sized projectors that use lasers instead of a bulb. And we won't have a keyboard, we'll have a laser projected keyboard image on a desktop that senses where your fingers land. Yes, both these things exist.

Except the versions now burn your retinas and the backs of your hands... hard to play a first person shooter with the smell of burning human flesh and blurry vision.
On that topic, there's a device you can buy for the PS2/PS3 that actually gives you an electric shock when certain events happen in game (eg, dying). http://www.psxextreme.com/ps2-news/4349.html
