I don't know about the rest of you, but I am finding it awfully hard to work today.  This is only heightened because I had 11 days off in a row!  I'm surprised there aren't more office fighting because of the post-christmas blues.

Post xmas blues is normal and is easily treatable with a midweek gaming session.  I highly recommend it. Unfortunately it does not cure the drudgery of working for a living and the lack of freedom it involves.

It's my Dad's b-day tomorrow, so I'm heading home on Saturday.  But Friday night or Sunday would be cool!

If you ask people who like new country it seems every band out there could be considered new country...

I guess they could be considered new country... I mean they did sing Unforgiven for a western flick.

Was that song in the movie?  I DID like that song.. one of the last ones I DID like... but I didn't remember it being in the movie Unforgiven though.. then again while EVERYONE LOVED that movie, I thought it was okay but nothing uber-special...

I don't think it was IN the movie... perhaps at the ending credits.  I thought you liked dark movies where the 'hero' is not as shining as Powdered Toast Man.

I just got Unforgiven on BluRay recently, so I'll have to pay attention to the music when I watch it.
I think Shabadu's problem with Unforgiven was that there were such historical innaccuracies that he couldn't get into the movie.  Such as, no body got intimate with the pigs on the farm...  c'mon, that kid had pig-f*cker written all over him.  And the cattle ranchers were all normal...  everybody knows cattle ranchers back then had horrible disfigurations that made them look like Hitler.

Except to the ranchers, that wasn't a disfiguration, it was a blessing...
