I went to see Iron Man today...hint to all going to watch it there is a clip after all the credits. Gwenyth Paltrow is hot as Pepper...wow she can be my sexy secretary anytime. ..she gets a 10/10 just for being sewn into her costumes.. Iron Man itself (7.5/10) a good interpretation of the comic and played homage to past animations/reincarnations/graphic novels and Downey Jr, I never would have guessed could pull off this role; the end clip (11/10)<- tcf only
There were some pretty weird movie trailers at the beginning of the movie as well as the full Indiana Jones trailer(had historical pictures of cast/crew & new movie scenes). I am not posting the Indy trailer b/c I felt it had potential spoiler material in it. There is a new HULK movie..the trailer was totally awesome..it looks way better than the first movie and does not appear to be in sequel to it.
The Hulk movie is a sequel to the original only in that he already has become the Hulk and some of the same characters are present (from what I read), otherwise Banner wants to de-Hulk himself and the government wants to exploit him and/or the process for making more of him.
I saw Forbidden Kingdom on Saturday - I thought it was really well put together. It presumes you like the cheesy kung-fu movies that have been made.. some of the "English" actors are pretty bad (the bully's acting is atrocious, but that seems to be common in Jackie Chan movies for minor role characters). There is a good story behind the whole thing and Chan-Li have a couple really good fight sequences. I'd give it 8/10.
I think all the Marvel super heroes should be cast by Ben Affleck. Daredevil, Iron Man, Spider Man, all of the Fantastic Four, and especially She-Hulk.
No no, SheHulk should be played by MAAAATT DAMON! Not the actual actor, but that marionette version of him from the Team America movie.
If they do a Thor movie, I bet they make it some wrestler like Triple H (or whatever his name is now).
Captain America will wind up being some one like Marky Mark Walberg probably.
Apprently if they do another Spiderman, it will have to be done by someone other than Toby McGuire - but I think that franchise should stop at 3 anyhow. When you have 3 rich stories to draw from and throw in a musical number where Spiderman struts down the street like a moron, it is time to throw in the towel on that franchise. Same with FF, two was enough in that series. X-men could go for another one if they keep introducing new characters, but I doubt it will anyhow.
I've done a little more digging and found wikipedia has an entry. The film is to be released on may 22, 08. Apparently, the only print was sent to the US but lost when a ship sank. Two sons of the producer scoured the ocean for 4 years to find it. and they did.
