I've updated the server again.  This time rogue powers were one of the big changes.  I tried out some stealthing, and it appeared to make a difference versus unstealthed.

Mail also works fine again.

Line of Sight may be working as well... ie, monsters don't see you through walls.  Wasn't able to test that yet though, so let me know.

Having major problems playing Kaani, level 9 3/4 mage in the Azuremyst and Silvermyst Isles areas.

1) Boat routes out of Vaalar's Berth that are suppose to take you from Kalimondar to the Eastern Kingdoms does not work properly.  The boat dumps you in the water (about fifteen minutes of continuous swinging) outside of Darkshore. At least Darkshore was an alliance area, but at 2x+ my level. In Darkshore, the boats that is suppose to take you to Rut'therin Village, Teldrassil(Darnassus) and Menethil Harbour (Wetlands) do not work and dump you again about fifteen minute swim outside of Darkshore.

2) My character can no longer swim! He sinks so the only way of not dying in the water is to continuously hit the space bar and "w" key for forward.. or he drowns...

3) The Exodar shops relevant to mages don't seem to be working. The reagent vendor, cloth armour merchants are unclickable. I noticed the same for the mail armour merchant. So there is no possiblilty of improving armour in this area.

4) Kaani shields (frost and acrane intellect) do no longer work and a hostile character at level 6 can now remove them in one hit, whereas prior the shield would last for thirty minutes unless killed by a substantially higher hostile character

Updated the server and database again, to code that only a couple hours old (so hot off the press!).  Many many changes, but sadly, Orb of Translocation still doesn't work.

I noticed this morning that if you make the mistake of eating or drinking an item to regain health/mana you get stuck in the sitting position and cannot get up and fight without completely exiting WOW and then coming back into the game in the hope of not being completely dead by the time WOW loads and lets you play.

So don't touch the FOOD it is hazardous to your health!

I'm having a problem logging on to the server.  It won't accept either my username or password.

I have the same prob as danmick - won't let me log on

That's very odd.  I can get in fine... is it still giving you trouble?

Same here.. we had this problem a while back too... it might have been just before you switched over to the Burning Crusades version...

Did you guys install a patch recently or something?  I'm connecting fine over dialup (ie, from the outside world and not just my own network) and even used Shabadu's account!

Ya, I think there was a patch that was automatically downloaded by the game just before you made your updates.

I also don't get the launcher screen (with the "play" button) anymore on startup; it just goes directly to the login screen.

The first thing you need to check is if you're even pointing to my server any more.  Open up realmlist.wtf (in your World of Warcraft folder) using Notepad and make sure it says "set realmlist darkshade.homeip.net" otherwise you've been trying to log in to the real servers!  

What about the line that says "set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com"?
